- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I booked in for a first haircut experience for my little boy. The time and date were confirmed in a text message. When we turned up the place was closed. We’ve had no notice that our appointment wouldn’t go ahead and organised our day around it. On further investigation, I found a message on their Facebook page mentioning my little boys name and asking us to contact them. I don’t follow the page so did not see it. It would have made a lot more sense for the owner to contact us on the number I provided which she clearly had because she had previously sent me a text.
